This Privacy Policy explains how Chaos Dynamics Computing Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects and
uses data when you play Power Up Idle ("Power Up Idle"). We are committed to
protecting your privacy and ensuring that you understand what information is collected and how
it's used.
Data Collection and Use
Game Progress (Local Storage): Power Up Idle does not require you to create an
account or provide personal information to play. Your game progress is saved locally on your
device and is not transmitted to us. This means we do not store your gameplay data on our
servers.
Usage Data via Analytics: To improve the game and fix issues, we use Unity
Analytics. Unity Analytics automatically collects non-personal information such as device type,
operating system, region (based on IP), and gameplay events (e.g., levels completed, time spent
in game). We use this aggregated data to understand player behavior and enhance the gaming
experience. We do not collect your name, email, or other directly identifying information.
Advertising Data: Power Up Idle is a free game monetized solely through
advertisements (no in-app purchases). We display ads provided by Google Ads (AdMob). Ad networks
like Google may collect certain device information to show relevant ads. This can include your
device identifier (Advertising ID), IP address, and general usage data. This information is used
to provide personalized or contextually relevant ads and to prevent fraud. We do not receive
personal details about you from these ads.
Importantly, we do not collect any personal data beyond what is collected by Unity Analytics and
Google Ads for their services. We do not sell or share any personal information with third
parties outside of these services.
Third-Party Services
Power Up Idle integrates a couple of trusted third-party services that help us run the game:
- Unity Analytics (Unity Technologies): Provides in-game analytics. Unity may
collect device and usage data as described above. Unity handles this data according to their
own privacy practices. You can review Unity's Privacy Policy for more details on how they
safeguard your data.
- Google Ads / AdMob (Google Inc.): Provides banner and video ads in the
game. Google may use cookies or mobile identifiers to serve ads and measure their
performance. Data collected by Google Ads is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Google may
also use the collected data for improving ad services and, if applicable, personalizing ads
to your interests.
We encourage you to check the privacy policies of these providers for more information on their
data practices. We only use reputable services, and we rely on them to handle any data they
collect in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Your Choices and Rights
We believe you should have control over your data. Power Up Idle provides the following options
to
players:
- Opt-Out of Analytics: On your first game session (and anytime later via the
Settings menu), you are given the option to disable Unity Analytics tracking. If you opt
out, Unity will stop collecting gameplay analytics from that point forward.
- Ad Preferences: You can control personalized advertising through your
device settings. For example, you can enable "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads
Personalization" on Android. Our game respects these settings and will request
non-personalized ads if you have opted out of targeted advertising on your device.
- Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your analytics data. The
Settings panel in Power Up Idle includes an option to request data removal. Upon such a
request, we will initiate the deletion of any analytics data associated with your device
from Unity's records (and any applicable data held by Google Ads), in accordance with
applicable law. You can also contact us directly to request deletion or obtain a copy of any
data we have about you.
- Access and Correction: While we do not collect personal profiles, if you
have any questions about the data associated with your device or wish to correct
information, you may contact us and we will assist you to the extent possible.
We strive to comply with global privacy regulations. If you are in the European Economic Area
(EEA) or other regions with privacy laws like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you
have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict
certain data processing. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California
Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) such as knowing what personal data is collected and requesting its
deletion. We do not sell personal information. Power Up Idle is designed to minimize data
collection, but we will honor all applicable rights requests.
Data Security and International Transfer
We take precautions to protect your data. Since we do not store personal data on our own servers
(analytics and advertising data are handled by Unity and Google), we rely on these partners to
implement appropriate security measures.
Your data may be processed on servers located in various countries (for example, Unity and Google
may process data in the United States or other regions). By playing Power Up Idle, you
understand that your information may be transferred to servers outside your country of
residence.
Children's Privacy
Power Up Idle is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13 years old. If you are under 13, please do not use
this game.

is not liable for any loss of progress due to device failure or data corruption.
