This Privacy Policy explains how Chaos Dynamics Computing Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses data when you play Power Up Idle ("Power Up Idle"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that you understand what information is collected and how it's used.
Data Collection and Use
Game Progress (Local Storage)
Power Up Idle does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play. Your game progress is saved locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. This means we do not store your gameplay data on our servers.
Usage Data via Analytics
To improve the game and fix issues, we use Unity Analytics and Firebase Analytics. These services may collect non-personal information such as device type, operating system, Advertising ID (if allowed), region (based on IP), and gameplay events (e.g., levels completed, time spent in game). We use this aggregated data to understand player behavior and enhance the gaming experience. We do not collect your name, email, or other directly identifying information.
- Consent Regions (EEA/UK/Switzerland): We only enable non-essential analytics after you give consent in the in‑app prompt.
- Google Signals (if you consent): If you accept analytics/personalization, Google may associate app events with signed‑in Google account information to provide aggregated demographics and cross‑device reports. You can view or delete such associated Google data via My Activity.
- If you decline consent (or later withdraw it), we stop sending new analytics events (except strictly necessary minimal technical events).
Advertising Data
Power Up Idle is a free game monetized solely through advertisements (no in-app purchases). We display ads provided by Google Ads (AdMob). Ad networks like Google may collect certain device information to show relevant ads. This can include your device identifier (Advertising ID/IDFA if permitted), IP address, and general usage data. This information is used to provide personalized or contextually relevant ads and to prevent fraud. We do not receive personal details about you from these ads.
- Apple ATT: On iOS we ask for permission (AppTrackingTransparency). If you deny, we do not access IDFA and we request non-personalized/contextual ads.
- EEA/UK/Switzerland: Personalized ads only run after your consent. If you decline, only essential services will be enabled and ads shown will not be personalized.
- United States Opt-Out / RDP: If you opt out of personalized advertising in the in‑app settings, we send a restricted / non-personalized ads signal (Google Restricted Data Processing).
- Google Signals & Ads Link: When enabled by your consent, Google may link analytics and ads data in line with the Google Advertising Features Policy. You can manage ad personalization in your device settings or:
Importantly, we do not collect any personal data beyond what is collected by Unity Analytics and Google services (Firebase / AdMob) for their functions. We do not sell or share personal information outside of these services.
Third-Party Services
Power Up Idle integrates a couple of trusted third-party services that help us run the game:
- Unity Analytics (Unity Technologies): Provides in-game analytics. Unity may collect device and usage data as described above.
- Firebase Analytics (Google LLC): Provides in-game analytics; may collect similar device and usage data.
- Google Ads / AdMob (Google Inc.): Provides banner and video ads and may use cookies or mobile identifiers to serve and measure ads.
- Unity Ads (via Google AdMob Mediation): Serves video and rewarded ads when selected by the mediation network. Unity may collect device and ad interaction data.
- Google Signals (Google LLC, only if you consent): Enhances analytics with aggregated demographics and cross-device insights. Data associated with your Google account can be accessed or deleted via your Google My Activity page.

Your Choices and Rights
We believe you should have control over your data. Power Up Idle provides the following options to players:
- Consent (EEA/UK/Switzerland): An in‑app prompt lets you accept or decline analytics and personalized ads (including Google Signals).
- Opt-Out of Analytics: On your first game session (and anytime later via the Settings menu), you can disable Unity and Firebase tracking.
- Ad Preferences: You can control personalized advertising through your device settings and in‑app toggles.
- Apple ATT Choice: If you decline the iOS tracking prompt, we do not use IDFA.
- Google Signals Choice: Withdrawing consent disables future Google Signals association.
- Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your analytics data via the Settings panel or by contacting us. For account-linked data, visit My Activity.
- Rights: Users in the EEA/UK/Switzerland or under CCPA (California) may request access, deletion, or restriction of their personal data. We honor valid rights requests.
Data Security and International Transfer
We take precautions to protect your data. Since we do not store personal data on our own servers, we rely on Unity and Google to implement proper security. Your data may be processed in various countries, including the U.S. By using the game, you agree to this transfer.
Children's Privacy
Power Up Idle is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age. Please do not use this game if you are under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent changes. Please review this page for updates.

Power Up Idle – Terms of Service

you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Game.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the
Game constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
3. Use of the Game
- License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use
the Game solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
- User Data: All game progress is stored locally on your device. The Company
is not liable for any loss of progress due to device failure or data corruption.
4. Third-Party Services
The Game utilizes the following third-party services:
- Unity Analytics: To help us understand user behavior and improve the Game.
- Firebase Analytics (Google LLC): To help us understand user behavior and
improve the Game.
- Google Ads: To display advertisements.
You may opt out of analytics tracking during your first session or disable analytics
tracking via the settings panel.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details our practices regarding data
collection and use. By using the Game, you consent to such collection and use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Company does not
guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chaos Dynamics Computing Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the
Game.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the
Company's location. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
